What about WiFi?
There are 2 available networks.
Eduroam for those that have it provided by their own institution (SSID: eduroam; Wireless Security: WPA/WPA2 Enterprise; Encryption: TKIP or AES; EAP Type: PEAP (Protected EAP); Authentication: MSCHAPv2; Username: your institutional email; Password: your institutional password; Anonymous identity: your institutional email)

The conference is located in the Waikato Management School on the University of Waikato Hamilton campus.

How much time for my presentation?
Entire session: 55 minutes.
Presentation: 30 - 35 minutes.
Can I upload files?
Yes! Log in to SCHED. Go to the Conference Schedule, click 'Manage & promote your session'.
What about Public Transport?
Busit Buses routes cover the greater Hamilton area including the University of Waikato.
Central Hamilton to the University is 15mins by bus and about a 50 minute walk.

Where can I park?
Use the free PayMyPark app to pay parking fees, or pay online at the PayMyPark website. Be sure to select The University of Waikato as the app defaults to Hamilton City Council.
Clamping is in force, so do pay.
Accessible parking does not require booking but you must display a valid mobility card.
Main parking areas are Gate 1, Gate 2B, Gate 10 (Parking via Gate 10 is closest to the main conference area: MSB).

Car parking is free after 4.30pm.
We have some free carparks booked for Mon-Thurs (they should be free on Sunday anyway). Visitor parking #1, 2, 3, & 4 in Gate 6b and are coned off for our use. Anyone wanting to use the free parks should book with Dan Weijers: [email protected]
Accessibility Parking
There are a couple of accessible parks in gate 6B - these are best for accessing all of the conference rooms. Anyone wanting to use the free parks in 6B should book with Dan Weijers: [email protected]
Where can I print something?
PLC Waikato print on campus by the lakes.
Chairing sessions
In person sessions - Sign up to chair a session by writing your name next to the session on the large printed timetable on the noticeboard in receptionIf you are in a session where there is no chair present - offer to chair :)
