About me
Dr Nikolai Blaskow is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture (ACC&C), part of Charles Sturt University, Australia. He holds a PhD in Philosophy and Religion from Bangor University, Wales, where his doctoral research examined the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche through the theoretical insights of René Girard.
His current research explores the philosophical, theological, ethical, psychological, and social implications of meta modernity, with a particular focus on Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and its impact on human identity, meaning, and culture. Before entering full-time research, Dr Blaskow had an extensive career in education, teaching history, literature, and philosophy, and serving in senior educational and chaplaincy roles. He is a frequent public speaker whose work brings together philosophy, theology, and emerging technologies to address contemporary challenges facing society.
